Brenntag together 1/06
Dear Reader,
On June 1, 2006 Klaus Engel was appointed CEO of Degussa AG. During the seven years he served on the Board of Brenntag, of which he was Chairman for almost five years, he played a central role in extending Brenntag's lead in the world market and strategically geared the corporate strategy towards future growth. His successor Steve Clark, previously President & Chief Executive Officer of Brenntag North America, possesses the necessary skills and expertise to lead Brenntag's continued growth and systematically develop the successful operations of the company. We wish both Klaus Engel and Steve Clark success and fulfillment in their new posts!
