GERMANY With 1,705 exhibitors and over 40,000 visitors, Fakuma 2008 broke all existing records. The 19th International Trade Fair for Plastics Processing took place in Friedrichshafen, Germany, from October 14 to 18, once again showcasing a wide spectrum of processing machines, raw materials, applications and automation solutions. At its newly designed fair stand, Brenntag GmbH (Germany) presented itself together with Brenntag CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) and, for the very first time, with our Swiss colleagues. In addition to numerous discussions with existing customers, the main focus of Brenntag's trade fair activities was on a Europe-wide cooperation with South Korean partner Samyang.
