In August 2008, the Norwegian fish processing industry selected the winners of a national competition, in which producers demonstrated the quality of their fish products (fish burgers, fish pudding, fish stew, etc.) in six different categories.

Norway In August 2008, the Norwegian fish processing industry selected the winners of a national competition, in which producers demonstrated the quality of their fish products (fish burgers, fish pudding, fish stew, etc.) in six different categories. Brenntag Nordic is an important supplier of spice mixes and other ingredients for the Norwegian fish processing industry and serves as a sponsor of the competition held in Trondheim. Helge Lundh, Brenntag Nordic, remarks: “The competition was a great success for our customers, who won 4 gold medals out of 6 possible. They garnered a total of 8 medals in these 6 different competition classes.”
