Setting Sail With Brenntag France
Held every four or five years since 1989 in this northern French city on the river Seine, the 10-day Armada festival brings together the finest sailing ships in the world. During this major event, Rouen is transformed into the world capital of yachting, attracting twelve million visitors in 2008.

As one of the sponsors, Brenntag France used the occasion to organize, in July 2008, a perfect public relations event and invited 300 customers, suppliers and employees on board the “Dar Mlodziezy,” a Polish three-masted vessel with an impressive 110-meter bridge (see photo). After a day of sun mixed with rain, the guests enjoyed a picture-perfect sunset followed by a spectacular 20-minute fireworks display. Numerous business contacts were established in this relaxed atmosphere. Guests left quite late, in hand a souvenir photo to remind them of this unforgettable day.
